Payment Policies

 

Deposit: 

Due upon reservation.

One or Two Rooms - Total amount of first night.

Three or More Rooms -  $50.00 per room per night.

 

Refunds:

All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.  The remaining refund amount will be based upon the following...

 

Single room cancellations:

A refund of the deposit balance will be given if notice of cancellation is received before 3 weeks (21 days) of the scheduled arrival date.  (minus the $30. Processing fee)

 

No refund will be given if cancellation notice is received within three weeks of the scheduled arrival date.

 

Multiple room cancellations:

A refund of the deposit (minus the $30.00 Processing fee) will be given if notice of the cancellation is received before 6 weeks (42 days) of the scheduled arrival date.  No refund will be given if cancellation notice is received within six weeks of the scheduled arrival date.
